designated charities which we support with our members' generous donations
from our annual charity event and our international holiday brunch.
Members can also volunteer their time and help us support the DKOS.

Annual
Charity Event: Wine Reception and Silent Auction

It only comes around once a year, so grab your party dresses and get your
tickets for the biggest IWCS event of the year! Our Annual Charity Event
and Wine Reception will be held on June 21st from 18:00 – 20:00 at the
Schlossgarten Hotel in downtown Stuttgart. Last year was wildly successful
and tons of fun; we’re hoping that this year is even better!
Included in the 20 euro per person ticket price are two drinks (wine or
non-alcoholic) and delicious appetizers. Tickets are available in advance
from any of the Steering or ACE Planning Committee members (see names
below) or at the door. Members, their guests, and the general public are
all welcome to attend (please note that this is an adults only event,
so call those babysitters now!).
Although this is a wonderful opportunity for members to get together and
enjoy each other’s company, the focus of the evening will be on our charity
fundraiser. Up until 19:15 you’ll be able to bid on many exciting prizes
in our silent auction. All proceeds will benefit our designated charity,
Frauen Helfen Frauen, e.V. A representative from the Frauenhaus will be
on hand to speak to members.
