Kessler Sekt is Baden-Württemberg’s favorite brand of bubbly and IWCS members are lucky to grab a January tour of through the medieval vaulted cellars of Germany’s oldest Sektkellerei. The winding and fascinating history of Kessler began in 1826 and continues to delight locals and visitors alike to this day.
This wonderful Saturday event will last 1.5 hours and be followed by a tasting of up to 3 of Kessler’s delicious offerings. We can have a maximum of 30 participants on this tour and requests for this tour have been frequent, so reserve your spot now!
For interested parties, we will also make reservations for a lunch at a local restaurant. Location to be determined by participants.
This is a +1 event, which means:
- Any IWCS member plus one guest are welcome to attend.
- Your +1 can be a partner, spouse, adult child, or friend.
- You and your guest each pay the member cost listed below.
The cost of this event is €10 per person, paid in advance. The IWC Stuttgart will be subsidizing the remainder of the event fees for the tour. All food and drinks ordered are the responsibility of the member and her guest.
To reserve your spot, please RSVP using the form below or respond in the pending Facebook event. To confirm your reservation, please transfer the €10 per person to the IWCS bank account no later than January 14th. If you have any extenuating circumstances that keep you from getting the funds to us by that date, please speak directly with the host so we don’t assume you are no longer interested.
Prepayments are non-refundable after the payment deadline. Members who have to cancel at the last minute are welcome to find another member or guest to send in their place.
