IWCS Holiday Dinner and Gift Exchange (for members only)

Join us in December for our annual Holiday dinner and gift exchange!
We will start out our evening with a complimentary welcome drink and appetizer, followed by a delicious buffet dinner.
After dining, you are welcome to take part in our optional gift exchange, which is loads of fun every year. If you would like to participate, please bring a wrapped gift worth €15 (no gag or re-gifts please). Choose something you yourself would be happy to receive because with this exchange, that could very well happen!
Also happening again – the Frauen helfen Frauen giving tree!! Bring your present for the ladies of the Frauenhaus and Sandra will take them for you. Not sure what this is about? Check the events in the member Facebook group or contact Sandra directly.
THIS YEAR’S MENU
Kessler Sekt welcome drink
Bruschetta appetizer
Soup buffet
Cream of potato and leek soup with croutons
Ginger pumpkin soup
Rustic bread and butter
Your choice of main, served at the table (to be selected in advance)
Monkfish and scampi in rosemary sauce with black pasta tomato veggies
Veggie risotto with Parmesan chip
Beef and pork medallions with mushroom cream sauce and spaetzle
Table water (sparkling and still)
Dessert
Apple rings and vanilla sauce
Selection of cheeses
The IWCS is sponsoring the welcome drink, table water, and bruschetta appetizers. Members are responsible for the drinks they order during the event.
RESERVATION AND PRE-PAYMENT
We will have space for up to 40 guests.
Pre-payment of your meal is required via bank transfer no later than the 6th of December to reserve your spot. You may also pay in cash to Emily, Dorothee, or Sandra any time before that date. Anyone who would like to attend after that date, please talk to Dorothee directly.
Meal pricing:
Fish or meat: €30,50
Veggie: €23,50
Prices quoted are for the complete meal except for any drinks you order during the evening.
RSVP to Billie Schoeler using the form below or via the pending Facebook event and be sure to specify which main dish you would like. Bank details will be posted in the Facebook event or sent to you if you are reserving via email.
If you have to cancel at the last minute, your meal must still be paid for, so unfortunately pre-payments are not refundable (you are welcome to find another member to take your place). See you at the holiday table in December!
