Coming up on February 20, 2018 is our Annual General Meeting (Jahreshauptversammlung) – not to be missed!
As a registered German Verein, we are required in our bylaws to hold this important member meeting during the first quarter of each year. All current members will receive an official invitation via email shortly.
As always, we will enjoy a delicious Swabian dinner (18:30) at the SSB Events Center at Waldau Park before starting our meeting (20:00). We would love to see you all there!!!
Elections will be held for the following steering committee positions:
- Chairperson
- Vice Chairperson
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Mother’s Corner Coordinator
- Charity Coordinator
- Activities Coordinator
- Membership Coordinator
Any current member is eligible to put her name in for any position and is welcome to inquire about how to get involved using the form below.
