In keeping with one of our favorite annual traditions, the IWCS is once again supporting Frauen helfen Frauen e.V. by creating a virtual Holiday Gift Tree for its residents this December!
Every year our members can sign up to buy gifts for the women and children living in the Frauenhaus. You will receive the age of the women and the age/gender/interests of the children to assist you in choosing what to buy.
If you would like to take part, please message Sandra using the contact form below. Once we have the numbers and ages, she will give you the go ahead to start shopping! We do not yet know how many people we need, so we will assign folks on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Please choose a gift valued between €15-20 and try to keep in mind that the shelter is multicultural and many of the families might not yet have strong German skills. You will need to wrap the gift and add a tag with the age/gender information you were given to identify who it is for.
You can drop the finished gifts off at Sandra’s house in Stuttgart-Zazenhausen or mail them to her. She will also be collecting gifts at the Members Only Holiday Dinner as always.
