Yoga is more than a workout. Practicing a yoga-lifestyle can empower your life and improve your well-being.

Trained in meditation, yoga, and coaching, Stef and Tina are offering a free workshop to their fellow club members in January. The workshop will be held in English and is open to all levels of yoga and meditation ability.

The workshop will last 1.5 hours and the first part will be a mindfulness practice and discussion with Stef (40 min). At the beginning and end we will be journalling our thoughts. All writing is for your benefit and kept personal. Then you are led into visualization and silent meditation. The theme of “Being authentic” will be presented and opened for discussion with the group.

The second part of the workshop will be an “Introduction to The Yoga Lifestyle” with Tina (40 min). We will learn about the benefits of yoga and we will practice a yoga sequence that will leave us energized and calm.

Please bring or wear yoga clothes and a notebook and pen to write with. Please arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand. There is no charge for this workshop but we do need a minimum of three participants to go forward (10 guests maximum).

More about Stef:
Stef is a Meditation guide who gives classes in Stuttgart. She is also a Relationship Coach. She believes that Life-Coaching is a way to heal, to see clearer and to move towards our goals and that it improves communication and healing.
As a Relationship Coach, Stef is passionate about supporting women in serious relationships to feel heard, valued and most importantly loved. She wants her clients to love themselves and love their relationships.

More about Tina:
Tina is a school counselor who recently relocated to Stuttgart. She has had an on again, off again interest in yoga for years but in the past five years her interest has become somewhat of an obsession. She attended yoga teacher training in Miami this summer where she lived on an ashram enjoying the Ayurvedic food, chanting, meditation, asana classes and even the “karma” yoga. She loves spreading the word of the incredible power of yoga. She is currently working as a school counselor but hopes to be teaching yoga in the new year.
