FRIDAY NIGHT CHAT GOODBYE 2020, HELLO 2021!

Every year at our winter AGM we receive many wonderful suggestions for events and activities from members. This year we’d like to get your suggestions early so we can get to work on planning for the first part of 2021 now.

To that end, we’d like to invite all members to join us for a Zoom chat the evening of Friday the 13th of November to share any and all ideas and raise a glass together to surviving 2020.

Alex and Alison will be making a list of possible events based on your suggestions and then work off of that to kick off the 2021 planning. Please keep in mind that not all suggestions are guaranteed to be used, but they will all be considered!

ANNOUNCING VIRTUAL MEETINGS WITH ZOOM!

Starting this month we will be using our new club Zoom Pro account to use for some of our regular meetings, including book club and German conversation.

Members can look for information about which virtual meetings are available in the monthly newsletter. We are looking forward to seeing your shining faces again soon!

ACE 2017 UPDATE – SAVE THE DATE FOR MAY 6TH

We’re excited to announce that theme of our next charity event, as voted by you the members, will be BLACK & WHITE NIGHT and the big party will be held on May 6, 2017.

We’re also very pleased to say that we have secured the Württembergische Automobil Club once more as our venue. 

So, black OR white or black AND white? We’ll leave the interpretation up to you. For us it’s one or the other, or both!

Brunch & Tour at the Mercedes Museum in March 2012

**UPDATE 08 FEB 2011 – AS OF THIS WEEK, ALL AVAILABLE SPACES HAVE BEEN FILLED**

Our superstar event planner Irena Wilke has set up a fantastic outing for members in March. We will have a special tour of the Mercedes Museum plus brunch at their restaurant on Sunday the 11th of March 2012.

This once-a-month brunch is so popular that you have to make reservations 6 months in advance! We have reserved spaces for up to 20 people and members are welcome to bring their families to this event (other than families this is a members-only event).

You can attend the brunch only, the tour only, or both. Here are all the details:

10:00 – 11:20 Brunch
11:20 – 12:45 Tour in English
12:45 – 14:30 Brunch continues back at the restaurant if we wish

Brunch Prices:
Adult €29,50
Children 7-14 €14,50
Children 0-6 eat free
The brunch includes non-alcoholic drinks and one glass of Prosecco

Tour Prices:
English tour guide plus museum entrance ticket free for members
For members of your family:
Adults €8,00
Reduced tickets (see description in link below) €4,00
Children under age 15 have free entrance
Note: Daimler employees and ClubCard holders also receive free entrance
