MOVING AWAY IN 2023? HAVE A NEW ADDRESS?

Katja will be sending out renewal invoices for 2023 membership fees at the beginning of November and we need your help to make this a smooth process!

ONE – Have you moved in the past year and have a new mailing address? We need it to get the invoice to your mail box! Please let us know.

TWO – Are you moving away or otherwise not planning to renew your membership for 2023? Please send an email to cancel your membership for next year ASAP! We will then make sure you aren’t sent a renewal invoice in November and annoying reminders in early 2023. Your 2022 membership will still be active until the end of the year.

Please email your address change or cancellation to Membership Coordinator Mariana Schwarz at membership @ iwcstuttgart (dot) org.

Why do we need to have you cancel your membership in writing?
Because we are a registered organization here in Germany, we are required to follow the rules specified in our by laws when members leave the area or otherwise wish to withdraw their membership in our club.

Those rules are:

➡️Members must notify us in writing if they wish to cancel their membership in the club (emails are fine).

➡️Members must notify us before the end of 2022 if they wish to cancel their membership for 2023.

➡️Members who do not cancel their membership before the end of 2022 and then fail to pay their renewal dues before the end of the first quarter in 2023 will be mailed one reminder invoice and then an letter notifying them that they are being removed from the membership list.

If you know you will be leaving, tell us now! It will save lots of headaches for everyone.

DO WE HAVE YOUR CURRENT MAILING ADDRESS?

It’s almost time for renewal invoices to go out to all returning members!

Every year during renewal invoice season we get lots of mail returned as “undeliverable.” If you have moved during the past year, please send a message using the form below to double check that we have your correct mailing address.

Update your mailing address now to make sure our letter finds it way to you easily next month!

Don’t forget your 2020 renewal dues!

This is a reminder for all returning members to transfer your 2020 membership fees this month! Invoices were sent out in November and are now due and payable.

If you would like to pay but lost your invoice, please contact Billie using the form below.

The deadline for cancelling your renewal invoice is December 31, 2019. If you decide not to renew after that date, you will receive an additional reminder invoice in February and confirmation of membership cancellation letter in April (per our Satzung/By Laws).

Renewal membership dues for 2020 are €50. Don’t forget that this year we are giving a €5 discount if you send get your payment in before the end of 2019.

2017 Renewal Dues

It’s that time of year again!

Invoices for 2017 membership fees are ready to be mailed. If you will not be renewing your membership next year, please send us a quick message using the form below so that your invoice can be cancelled.

For those of you who will be returning next year, we are offering a discount again for payment of dues before the end of the year. Dues for 2017 have been set at €50 and the early payment discount is €45 if paid before December 31, 2016. As always, members will have access to all members-only events, plenty of discounted outings, and our private Facebook groups.

If you have moved in the past year, please be sure to send us your new mailing address so we can get your invoice to the right place.
