It’s a busy time of year for the ACE organising team! We’re watching ticket sales, gathering raffle prizes, lining up supporting volunteers and bakers, and putting the final touches on decorating the venue to make a stunning atmosphere and an unforgettable night for our guests.
We’ve recruited photographer extraordinaire and IWCS member Sandra Ruth to run our pop up photo booth, lined up the stunning Raunchy Rita and Fanny Di Flavola to wow our guests with a burlesque performance, and roped in Swingkultur Stuttgart to bring some joyful lindy hop moves to dance floor.
Taking place in the breathtaking salons of the Villa Humboldt, it’ll be a night not to be missed! Tickets are limited and look like they will be selling out soon. Buy your tickets today to avoid disappointment!

Getting ready for the ACE? Remember to bring a few extra euros for our grand prize and pick-a-prize raffle table. We will be raffling off 500 euros worth of Eurail travel in our GOLDEN TICKET – GRAND PRIZE prize draw. That’s a lot of rail travel! Raffle tickets will be 20eu each and only available at the event so empty out your piggy bank to take part!
WHAT TO WEAR?
Still not clear on what will make a show stopping ACE 2018 outfit? This is a cocktail event and guests are encouraged to take inspiration from the 2016 film La La Land which featured primary coloured ‘fit-and-flare’ dresses, classic style suits for men as well as the odd two-tone tap shoe. Think: modern take on classic Hollywood. We’ve had a ball making this Pinterest board to give you some tips. Check it out, especially if you haven’t seen the film!
